Though Pro Sage didn't end up doing any work, Dan came over on very short notice to check on a mould/damp problem that had been uncovered while removing some fitted wardrobes. He did some checks and advised me that I'd be able to get sufficient treatment done by a regular plasterer - and so he didn't think it would be worth my money to pay for a damp specialist plasterer like himself. I really appreciated the refreshing honesty, and getting his professional advice even though he wasn't going to make money from it.

Dan came over on a short notice to advise on couple issues which has popped out around the house which I really appriciate as I'm about to put external wall insulation, he advised about ground level to high and that need to be addressed first and that in his personal opinion I don't need injections which I appreciate the honesty as I had some other guys quoting me already for injection's without doing any fact findings. so I'm busy digging a trench around the house to break the ground level and fingers crossed all will be well. He as well popped in free of charge as he was in the area to have a look once I dug the trench out and advised to wait couple weeks and measure the wall again and see if the situation improves, the injections can always be done from inside if need be.
